Experience
Natalie has been with the company for 8 years. She runs the customer profiling business unit. Natalie started with the company as a researcher on the Sportsline service and has also developed a unique overview of sports provision, facilities, management and participation. Natalie has access to a wide range of UK and European data, including all adults in GB profiled by Mosaic Group and Type code, age and geography, and can use this information for target marketing. To understand demand, Natalie has been involved in profiling over 2.5 million current health club users and has established the de facto supply demand model for the fitness industry.

Natalie plays for her local basketball team and enjoys travelling and scuba diving.
